Shipping & Delivery
At DK Glovesheets, all orders are dispatched directly from our workshop, where each item is carefully checked and packed by our team before it leaves us. We aim to provide a reliable, transparent delivery service and keep you informed every step of the way.
UK Delivery
- Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
- During busy periods, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch.
- Bespoke and made-to-order products may require an additional 1-2 working days before dispatch, depending on current demand.
- UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.
- If you provide a valid email address and/or mobile phone number at checkout, Royal Mail will send tracking and delivery updates directly to you.
Whilst Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fast and reliable service, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather, transport disruption, industrial action, or seasonal demand.
During holiday periods or planned workshop closures, orders will be dispatched when we return to work. Any extended closure dates will be clearly communicated on our website wherever possible.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
International Delivery
We are pleased to ship to customers worldwide.

- We select the most appropriate shipping service for each order, balancing reliability, transit time and value for the destination.
- Tracking availability will vary depending on the carrier and destination country.
- Bespoke and made-to-order products may require additional processing time before dispatch.
Customs procedures, local postal services and international transit times are outside our control, and occasional delays may occur.
Import Duties & Taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, GST, sales tax, handling fees or other charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
DK Glovesheets has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost. Any applicable fees must be paid by the customer before or upon delivery.
