We work in a family-style environment. Our factory is at the center of a small Surrey village, and acts as part of the local community. Most of our team live nearby.

We are aware of the demands of working parents and care-givers, offering a flexible and thoughtful approach to working hours. This includes breaks during the day, and flexi-hours.

We encourage task rotation during the day, to avoid the tedious nature of repeating the same job for long periods of time. Wages are considered with quality and teamwork in mind, rather than speed, instilling a combined sense of pride and enthusiasm in our work, and resulting in an excellent level of self-regulated quality-control.
